The Crafty Cutter Club returns…
What does the subscription include?
- A box of craft vinyl delivered to your post box each month (dispatched between 1st and the 10th working day each month)
- A 10% discount code for any orders made on the Crafty Cutter website while you remain a member (please note that the 10% discount code will commence on the 1st day of the following month from the initial payment and will be cancelled as soon as the membership is cancelled.)
Your discount code will always be made up of the order number and the month in which you will receive your box. As an example, you signed up to the subscription on 15th January 2020 for February's box. Your order number is: 1010. Your code which will be valid from 1st February to 29th February 2020 will be 1010FEB Likewise, on the 15th February, you will receive a new order number for March's box. Your new order number is 1515, therefore your discount code from 1st March to 31st March will be 1515MAR.

What kind of craft vinyl is included?
Our previous membership boxes were mainly made up of self-adhesive but would occasionally include Heat Transfer or blanks. After a lot of feedback at that point, our relaunched box will always contain both self-adhesive and heat transfer craft vinyl.
Each month will contain at least two patterned self-adhesive and two patterned heat-transfer design, and will have other complimentary colours that can be used together.
We will also complete a project with the contents each month live on the Facebook group. The file will be free to download from various platforms but may not always include a commercial licence.
How does the subscription work?
The monthly subscription costs £29.99 per month which includes VAT and tracked delivery. You will be able to subscribe to the Crafty Cutter Club between 1st and 24th of the month and will receive the following month’s box. Your card will be charged on the anniversary each month (except where this falls on a weekend, the subscription amount will be taken on the Friday) until you decide to cancel, which you can do so, by logging into your account on the website.
I was a previous Crafty Club member - why is there a change in the price?
The additional amount will cover the additional cost of postage (as we will be using small parcel boxes to be able to provide different sizes of vinyl/blanks,) will allow us to ensure that every box includes Heat Transfer Vinyl and also takes into account the price increase from September last year.
What if I don’t like the contents of my box?
From the feedback of our previous Crafty Cutter Club members, we hope that there will always be something within your box that you fall in love with. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the subscription, you are unable to return the contents from a box (except where there is a confirmed fault.)
What if my personal circumstances change and I need to cancel?
You can cancel your membership at any point.
I'd really like a box but I cannot commit to a monthly subscription...
We will release the monthly boxes on general sale should we have any boxes remaining. These will be priced at £29.99 inclusive of VAT, but will not include delivery nor the 10% discount code for in-month orders that our club members will receive.

Terms & Conditions
Your order constitutes an offer to Crafty Cutter Limited to buy a box subscription. All orders are subject to acceptance by Crafty Cutter Limited. Crafty Cutter Limited is not obliged to accept your order and may, in its discretion, decline to accept any order. Where Crafty Cutter Limited accepts your order, it will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched.By purchasing a month to month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the original subscription rate. Your credit card will be charged on the anniversary of every calendar month (unless the anniversary date falls on a weekend, the card will be charged on the Friday before the weekend). Any cancellations need to be done prior to 5pm of the last day of the previous month to prevent the charge for that month. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must logon to your account or email us at support@craftycutter.co.uk and we will do it for you. If you cancel, your Crafty Cutter discount code and membership of the Facebook group will cease at the point that you cancel. Crafty Cutter Limited may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method.
The above cancellation rights do not affect your right to cancel under the statutory cooling-off period.

Cancellation
You may cancel your first order (and receive a refund at any time before your order is delivered and up to fourteen days afterwards, beginning on the day after you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with the Crafty Cutter Limited refunds policy (although you will be responsible for the cost of returning.)
Each box subscription is for these purposes a single order forming part of a regular delivery of goods, so you can only cancel a box subscription and receive a refund within fourteen days of receiving your first monthly box. You can of course cancel your subscription at any time, but it is only if you do it within this initial fourteen day period after your initial subscription that you will be entitled to a refund (as required by UK legislation known as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
To cancel your order, you must inform Crafty Cutter Limited by email, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to Crafty Cutter Limited within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. Crafty Cutter Limited has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is reasonable (as if you were looking at the product within a brick & mortar store.)
Crafty Cutter Limited will refund the price of the box in full. Crafty Cutter Limited will refund the purchase price using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods being returned to us.
