Place this glow in the dark self adhesive permanent vinyl in daylight during the day for it to naturally glow at night, alternatively place under light for a while and let it illuminate through the night. This is a great alternative to glow in the dark paint and wallpaper if covering small sections which shapes such as stars etc. Please be cautious that this is a permanent vinyl though and may leave glue marks once removed.
