These heat transfer sheets are suitable for cotton, polyester or a mixture of both.

Don't have a heat press? You can use a standard domesticated iron (without steam) to adhere this to your material. Please read our application guide - however, this is only a guide and we suggest that you practice on an old t shirt first.

Recommended Machine Settings:

Silhouette Cameo – Speed 5 | Thickness 10 | Blade 5

**Always remember to mirror cut, and don’t forget ‘shiny side down’! These are only recommended settings. Each machine is individual and your settings may need tweaking, so please ensure you always perform a test cut first.

Recommended Pressing Settings:

160°c - 170°c | 15 - 20 seconds | Medium Pressure | Warm Peel (leave 20 to 25 seconds so the liner is warm to touch)
