PRODUCTS
2.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing and photographs are accurate at the time they are published.
2.2 Colours, finishes and appearances may vary between screens, devices, print batches and manufacturing batches. We cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will exactly match the finished product supplied.
2.3 Many of our products are supplied for commercial, craft, manufacturing and small business use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application, equipment and working environment before purchase and use.
ORDERS
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 An automated order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for any reason including, but not limited to:
i) stock availability;
ii) pricing or listing errors;
iii) suspected fraudulent activity;
iv) system or procurement failures;
v) abusive or inappropriate customer behaviour.
3.4 Orders may enter processing shortly after being placed. Once production, printing, cutting or preparation has begun, amendments or cancellations may not be possible.
4. CUT-TO-ORDER, PRINTED & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

ix) products prepared to customer-selected sizes, colours or specifications.
4.3 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14 day cancellation period.
4.4 We therefore do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for:
i) change of mind;
ii) incorrect ordering by the customer;
iii) colour, finish or size selection errors;
iv) incompatibility with customer equipment, settings or application methods;
v) slight batch or screen colour variations;

4.6 Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have ordered the correct product, size, finish, colour and quantity prior to checkout.
4.7 We strongly recommend that customers test materials, colours and compatibility with their own equipment, settings and application methods before placing large or repeat orders.
4.8 Due to differences in machinery, calibration, pressure, temperatures, surfaces, software settings and application methods, we cannot guarantee identical results across all customer equipment or processes.
4.9 Whilst we are always happy to offer guidance and assistance where possible based on our experience, any advice or recommendations provided are given in good faith and customers remain responsible for testing and determining suitability for their own specific use, equipment and production methods.

5.4 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
